The candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, supporting team members, and ensuring high performance in loan sales such as personal loans, business loans, or credit cards.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor daily performance and provide guidance to improve productivity. Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service. Train and support recent team members. Maintain reports on sales performance and daily activities. Coordinate with banks and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling (preferably in financial services). Positive communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Credit Cards is an advantage. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
