Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy &
Planning
Implementation of short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand hiring needs.
Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to shape sourcing strategies.

Talent Sourcing &
Acquisition
Drive full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid- level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Manage and optimize sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, agencies, and campus hiring).
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical and niche roles within assigned business/vertical

Stakeholder &
Vendor Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, ensuring performance and compliance with SLAs.

Team Leadership &
Reporting




Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality standards.
Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Background verification
BGV form/document collection after offer and case initiation and report closures
Deal Red/Amber cases

Others
Vendor onboard and payment process(interview expenses, relocation and vendor bills)
Timely data to stakeholders and auditors
Update recruitment tracker on real time basis
Salary input to payroll team(JB, RB and NB payments)
Draft and initiation of Consultant agreements
To take care of pre joining formalities (Organization Announcement, Laptop and mail ID creation)
