Job Summary

This is full time onsite role based in our Pune office.

Responsibilities
Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple regions and functions.
Screen applications and assess candidates against role requirements.
Coordinate candidate screening calls and interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide pipeline updates to Talent Acquisition Partners.

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition support.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills with exposure to technology, corporate, or skilled services hiring.




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
