Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling inward and outward material movements, and ensuring efficient storage and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
Handle material issuance as per production or operational requirements
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
Maintain documentation for GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Skills Required:
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations




Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MS Excel
Positive organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Robust communication and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
1–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
Freshers with relevant qualifications and robust computer skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG, retail, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting, and material management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
