We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Telecaller to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling calls, communicating with customers, and maintaining proper follow-ups. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build valuable relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain company services, products, and offers clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with clients through calls and maintain proper records.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the system.
Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
Build and maintain good customer relationships through qualified communication.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.




Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good listening and convincing abilities.
Confident and qualified approach while speaking with customers.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Solid follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates from Mohali or nearby areas will be preferred.
Experience in sales calling, lead generation, or customer handling will be an advantage.
Should be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
