Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our HR-TA platform and candidate application. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user research, design systems, and mobile-first design principles. You will work closely with recruiters, product managers, and engineering teams to create user-centric designs based on real user feedback.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct UX audits to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Perform user research and usability testing with recruiters and candidates.
Create user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.
Design responsive and mobile-first user interfaces.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
Improve recruiter workflows and candidate experience through data-driven design.
Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG)



standards and contemporary UX best practices.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Solid expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Dev Mode).
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user interviews.
Robust understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing HR Tech, ATS, Recruitment, or Assessment platforms.
Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
Familiarity with usability testing tools such as Maze, Lyssna, or UserTesting.
Experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.
