Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Resolve customer queries via phone, email, or remote support.
Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Deliver prompt and qualified customer service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
