About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles across India. This is a remote, full-time prospect for a recruiter who combines proactive sourcing, solid candidate engagement, and dependable hiring delivery.

What youll do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through offer closure and onboarding handoff.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and maintain effective interview processes.
Source and engage talent across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, product, cybersecurity, and related technical domains.
Build qualified pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews, maintain timely communication, support offer negotiations, and deliver a positive candidate experience.




Track recruiting activity and funnel metrics to improve turnaround time, conversion, and hiring outcomes.
Share relevant talent-market insights and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

What we’re looking for
6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in India.
Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple technology functions and levels.
Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder-management, and offer-closure capabilities.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple priority roles in a rapid-paced, remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
An organized, proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
