Prakash Crockery Store is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail store operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales and excellent customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in product selection.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
Manage billing and cash handling (if required).
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (mandatory).
Experience in a crockery, home décor, kitchenware, gift, or similar retail store will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
