Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
Explain products/services and generate interest.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer engagement.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Positive verbal communication skills in English.
Hindi is optional; candidates without Hindi are welcome if they have valuable English communication.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM experience is an added advantage).
Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and customer-focused approach.
