The Trainer – Facility Services is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division.
This role is responsible for training facility staff on cleaning protocols, maintenance procedures, safety standards, and customer service practices.
Day-to-day tasks include designing training modules, conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, demonstrating proper use of equipment and materials, and evaluating staff performance.
The trainer will document training activities, maintain attendance and assessment records, and provide feedback to management on skill gaps and improvement areas.
The role also involves coordinating refresher trainings, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements,



and supporting recent employee onboarding in facility services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
