Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple domains including Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
Develop training content, modules, assessments, facilitator guides and learning materials aligned with business needs.
Manage training schedules, maintain training records, track assessment scores and feedback responses.
Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys and performance metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification:

Fresh Graduates/Post-Graduates eligible.

Robust communication skills (spoken & written) with confidence to train diverse groups.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office and digital learning platforms.
