Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of Infusion Therapy, Catheters, Wound Drainage, and Anesthesia & Respiratory Care product ranges in the assigned territory.
Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals of the region across all customer segments.
Identify, develop, and manage different business channels (distributors and direct sales) in the assigned area.
Responsible for developing and monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Identify market development opportunities and drive unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure timely supply and liquidation of products.
Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key accounts
Qualifications
Degree in Pharma or Science
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management from any B-School
Experience Minimum 3 years in sales in Pharma/ Medical devices industry.
Skills / Attributes/ Knowledge
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Solid business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
d be positive at building relationships with internal and external customers (Doctors/ KOLS/ Paramedical staff / Purchase / Distributors/ Dealers / Peers and Superiors).
