Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for material availability.
Maintain inward, outward, and stock registers in ERP/software.
Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in the store.
Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
