We are looking for a passionate and energetic Store Incharge to lead our store operations and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Supervise store staff and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
Ensure cleanliness, store presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the management team regarding stock, promotions, and store performance.
Support social media promotions by encouraging customer engagement and sharing store updates.
Requirements
1 - 2 years of experience in fashion retail apparel store management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent selling abilities.
Experience with POS billing systems and inventory management.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and email).
Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
Fluency in Kannada is preferred. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
