We are hiring for QA Manager Role: QA Manager Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid : Test Manager – Pharma / Life Sciences Industry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical IT Validation & Testing Services About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to be based on-site in Hyderabad to own and streamline offshore testing delivery for our pharma and life sciences client engagements. The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise in GxP-regulated computer system validation and testing, combined with hands-on automation and performance testing skills, and is comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate validation cycles without compromising compliance.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Test Manager within pharma, biotech, or life sciences IT projects. Solid working knowledge of GxP testing strategies, computer system validation (CSV/CSA), and regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11.



Hands-on expertise with Playwright or other automation frameworks (UFT, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks (e.G., Neoload, JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent). Practical experience applying AI tools to accelerate test design, execution, or validation documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline offshore delivery teams from an in office location.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders. Robust organizational and people management skills, with flexibility to adapt working hours to project needs.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in test management (ISTQB, CSTE) or CSV/CSA methodologies are a plus. Prior experience working with pharma clients on validation and quality assurance engagements.
