Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Customer Support Executive to assist customers throughout the sales process. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into sales.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the operations team.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Update customer interactions, quotations, and order status in the CRM.
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, pricing, availability, and deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for product availability.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily activity reports.




Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada and Hindi
Solid customer handling and relationship management skills.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales Support.
Experience in the electrical, industrial, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
