We are looking for an experienced Store Sr. Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including material issue, inventory control, and documentation. The role requires working knowledge of ERP systems and robust coordination with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day store activities, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans (DC) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for material movement.
Issue stock against Bill of Materials (BOM) for production requirements.
Track job work materials sent out and received back, and carry out material tracking for availability and traceability.
Generate and manage E-way bills for outward and inward material movement.
Maintain store register, issue register, and other statutory store documentation.
Work on ERP systems for stock entries, material issue, GRN, and inventory reporting.
Coordinate with production, procurement,
and quality teams for material planning and availability.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and housekeeping of the store area.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
5 - 9 years of experience in store / inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Working knowledge of ERP systems for store and inventory operations.
Positive understanding of GRN, DC, BOM-based stock issue, and E-way bill processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and store documentation practices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
