Roles and Responsibility
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the tandoor, including pizzas, bread, and other Italian cuisine.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure productive food preparation and service.
Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
Develop current recipes and menu ideas to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a cook, preferably with tandoors.
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
