Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage and identification of all inventory items.
Issue materials to production departments against authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
Prepare GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Reports, and Delivery Challans.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and 5S standards.
Conduct periodic stock audits and support internal/external audits.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
