Position: Vehicle Registration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end current vehicle registration and RTO documentation.
Verify customer KYC, invoice, insurance, and registration-related documents.
Process vehicle registration applications through VAHAN/RTO portals.
Coordinate with RTO authorities and internal departments for timely registration.
Manage registration fees, road tax, and related documentation.
Track pending registrations and ensure timely completion and RC issuance.
Maintain accurate records of registration numbers, RC details, and customer documents.
Coordinate for correction of registration-related errors or discrepancies.
Update customers and Sales teams regarding registration status.
Ensure compliance with applicable RTO procedures and company policies.

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma with basic computer skills and knowledge of RTO/vehicle registration procedures. Prior automobile dealership or RTO documentation experience is preferred. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
