Provide technical guidance on urban planning and development projects.
Review DPRs, master plans, and urban policies.
Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant urban development guidelines and standards.
Support project monitoring, reporting, and implementation.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of urban planning, infrastructure, and Smart City/Municipal projects.
Experience with government urban development schemes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with GIS, urban planning tools, and project management is preferred.
