As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.

● Build and maintain solid, positive relationships with prospective clients.

● Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively.

● Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods.

● Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.

● Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.

● Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.

● Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.

● Receive training and coaching from experienced sales specialists.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
