Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Explain the clinic's hair and skin treatments clearly.
Schedule patient appointments with doctors.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets.
Coordinate with the front office and clinic team for smooth patient handling.

Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
