We are seeking a proactive Vendor Management Executive with 24 years of experience to manage vendor communication and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be capable of handling vendor calls professionally, and resolve queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound vendor calls professionally.
Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and operational issues.
Build and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Resolve vendor queries and escalations promptly.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain vendor records and prepare reports.




Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Key Skills:
24 years of experience in Vendor Management, Customer Support, or Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.

Language Requirements:
Mandatory: Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Preferred: Kannada and Tamil will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics is preferred.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive vendor relationships.
