Job Purpose To lead and manage end-to-end wholesale banking operations, ensuring productive processing of transactions, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and high-quality customer service while achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the wholesale banking operations team.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate banking transactions, including payments, trade finance, cash management, and loan operations.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
Manage operational risks and implement effective controls to minimize errors and fraud.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancements.
Coordinate with relationship managers, business teams, treasury,



compliance, and technology departments.
Review and approve high-value or exceptional transactions within delegated authority.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service standards.
Handle operational escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
