Key Responsibilities
Making Calls: Contacting recent and existing customers via outbound calls or handling incoming prospect inquiries.
Pitching Products: Explaining product features, benefits, and special pricing clearly using designated sales scripts.
Target Achievement: Working to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
Data Management: Updating customer details, call outcomes, and lead progress accurately inside CRM software.
Relationship Building: Following up with clients to encourage repeat business and handle complaints.

Requirements and Skills
Education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is often preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tracking tools or phone systems

Pay: ₹8,867.60 - ₹20,757.87 per month
