We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to contact potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain company services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements - High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Fluent in English and Hindi
