Role Overview:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant, you will serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, designing and deploying robust HCM Payroll solutions to support HR transformations. Manages the integration and processing of payroll data, the focus is on cross-module integration (EC to ECP), payroll configuration, schema troubleshooting, and supporting testing cycles.

The core objective is ensuring employee data (such as leave, time sheets, and compensation) flows accurately from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into Employee Central Payroll (ECP), resulting in compliant and accurate payroll processing.

Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S4 HCM to support hybrid and transformation landscape integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration: Configure payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), wage types, and gross-to-net calculations.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with payroll control centers, BAdIs, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) middleware




Integration Management: Utilize the Business Integration Builder (BIB) to manage and troubleshoot replication between EC and ECP.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and support test execution, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.
Cross-Module Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to align Time Off, Time Tracking, and Advantages with payroll processing cut-offs and approvals.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll is compliant with country-specific statutory requirements. Support payroll control center operations and ad-hoc pay processing.
Cutover & Hypercare: Assist with data migration, system cutover planning, and post-go-live hyper care support.
Work on SAP S4 HCM components such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and integrate core HR processes with Employee Central.

Preferred candidate profile Certifications: Valid SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll certification is mandatory
