We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our website development company.

Key Roles & Responsibilies
Contact potential clients through phone calls.
Understand client requirements and explain our website development services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Schedule meetings between clients and the sales or technical team.
Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development are welcome to apply.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools is an added advantage.
