Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Pre-Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential property buyers, qualifying leads, explaining our ongoing real estate projects, and scheduling site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Call potential buyers from provided databases and digital marketing leads to pitch commercial and residential real estate projects.
Lead Qualification: Understand customer preferences (budget, preferred location, property type) and filter high-intent leads.
Schedule Site Visits: Invite qualified prospects to visit real estate project sites and schedule appointments with the field sales executives.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with warm/interested leads to address queries and maintain a steady pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM/Excel sheets.





Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Care Executive (Prior experience in Real Estate/BFSI is a plus).
Languages: Good communication skills in [insert local language, e.g., Hindi / English / Telugu].
Skills: Excellent active listening, convincing power, and a polite phone etiquette.
Education: Higher Secondary (10 2) or Graduate in any field.
