Job Title: Supervisor – Construction & Interior Location(s): Rasayani & Prabhadevi (Willingness to travel to these sites on a need basis) Department: Construction / Interior Fit-out Reporting To: Director / Chairman Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects across our Rasayani and Prabhadevi sites. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling between locations as project requirements demand.

Key Responsibilities: · Supervise day-to-day activities at construction and interior fit-out sites, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. · Monitor material usage, wastage, and stock levels at site. · Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance at all sites. · Conduct regular quality checks and report deviations to the Project/Site Manager. · Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation. · Coordinate with design/interior teams for execution of interior works (flooring, carpentry, painting, false ceiling,



electrical/plumbing fit-outs, etc.). · Travel between Rasayani and Prabhadevi sites as required, and to other locations on a need basis. · Liaise with clients/consultants on site to address queries and resolve on-ground issues.

Requirements: · Proven experience as a Supervisor in Construction and Interior projects. · Sound knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out processes, materials, and best practices. · Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings and BOQs. · Robust coordination and people-management skills to handle multiple contractors and workers. · Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between Rasayani, Prabhadevi, and other sites as needed. · Positive communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi as applicable). · Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Other Details: · Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Travel: Must be willing to travel on need basis to Rasayani and Prabhadevi · Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience. · Age: Between 25 – 45 years
