Objective To support, develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.

Major Deliverables

Develop marketing and communication collateral aligned with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website content, and publications.

Manage communication channels such as websites and social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).

Support marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaign execution.

Coordinate with creative agencies for design and campaign deliverables. Write, edit, and proofread marketing content.

Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content including videos and blogs.





Manage and update social media channels.

Coordinate with centre heads to collect regional case studies and communication materials.

Conduct market research using surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups. Draft press releases, announcements, letters, and blog posts.

Essential Attributes

Robust written and verbal communication with excellent editing skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Versatile with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign preferred

Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate in Mass Communications
