Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily plant operations and production activities.
Maintain attendance, manpower, and stock records.
Ensure production targets, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Prepare daily production and inventory reports.
Manage shift operations and resolve shop-floor issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
25 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Plant Operations.
Knowledge of attendance, inventory, and production management.
Basic MS Excel & MS Office skills.
Positive communication, leadership, and team-handling abilities.
Willing to work in shifts and maintain safety & quality standards.
