Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

Step Up School is looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team/ maintenance work and ensure that the school campus remains clean, protected, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Allocate duties and monitor the quality of cleaning across classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, laboratories, and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
Conduct regular inspections and address housekeeping issues promptly.
Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, and duty rosters.
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.




Coordinate with the Administration Department for maintenance-related requirements.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per school guidelines.
Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency within the housekeeping team.

Eligibility
Minimum Graduate (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a school, hospital, hotel, or corporate setting.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
