Install, commission, and demonstrate laboratory diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM) as per service schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair laboratory analyzers, ensuring minimum equipment downtime.
Conduct equipment calibration and performance verification as per manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Replace defective components and perform functional testing after repairs.
Maintain service reports, calibration records, preventive maintenance reports, and equipment history.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and equipment performance.
Provide user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices.




Ensure timely closure of service calls within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with the spare parts and purchase teams for material requirements.
Support installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) where applicable.
Assist in technical evaluations and equipment acceptance testing.
Maintain compliance with ISO, NABL, NABH, and manufacturer quality standards.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
