Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and enquiry leads.
Handle inbound enquiries received through social media, website, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Explain study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments with Academic Advisors.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
Convert enquiries into counselling sessions and admissions.
Support admission campaigns, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students throughout the admission cycle.

Eligibility
Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Experience in Telecalling, Counselling, Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or Education Industry preferred.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
English communication skills preferred.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
