Key Responsibilities
Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain Ossom's Hair, Skin, Dental, and Body Contouring treatments.
Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable consultation appointments.
Convert enquiries into confirmed clinic visits and treatment bookings.
Follow up with prospective patients until conversion.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status daily.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Handle patient objections confidently and professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and revenue targets.
Re-engage inactive and old leads through follow-up campaigns.
Collect patient feedback after consultations and treatments.
Support promotional campaigns and special offers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
