As a Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily store operations.
Oversee inventory, replenishment, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
Recruit, onboard, and train team members.
Collaborate with PUMA Area Manager and Partner Retail Manager to achieve business objectives.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
