five key responsibilities
Design functional and aesthetic home layouts based on client needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and residential safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and interior designers to integrate structural and design elements seamlessly.
Conduct site visits and assessments to align the design with the site’s conditions and constraints.
