Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) AML/KYC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, batch monitoring, application troubleshooting, and production support within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for OFSAA AML/KYC applications.
Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and batch processes.
Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Troubleshoot application, database, and ETL-related issues.
Coordinate with L3, development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
Support application deployments, patches, and release activities.
Validate production fixes and perform post-deployment verification.
Monitor logs and identify application performance issues.
Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call and weekend support as required.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
Experience supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) modules.
Solid SQL and Oracle Database troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
Knowledge of batch scheduling and job monitoring tools.
Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Understanding of production support processes, ITIL, and SLA management.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle WebLogic and application server support.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data validation.
Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory reporting.
Exposure to release management and deployment processes.
ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
