Store Manager

Experience
5–8 years in customer service, preferably in hospitality or retail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Lead and supervise the store team, including rostering and leave management.
Achieve store sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with production, logistics, and tailoring teams for order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries via email, phone, and in-store interactions.
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory records.
Manage daily cash, bank transactions, and petty cash.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.
Knowledge of men's fashion, tailoring, garment alterations, and styling is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree required.
