Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading consumer electronics manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, vendor development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure productive and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Drive demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support manufacturing schedules.
Build and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, lead time, quality, and cost metrics.
Optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.




Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, and logistics costs.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is preferred.

Experience
13–20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Consumer Electronics, Electrical Appliances, or Manufacturing.
Proven experience managing procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory functions.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
