We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed a PGDSE, B.Tech, or BCA and possess a strong technical background to provide both internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software/hardware systems.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Document and maintain records of technical support interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical problems.
Train clients and internal users on system functionalities and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide remote support and on-site assistance as needed.




Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and productive support services.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
PGDSE, B.Tech, or BCA degree.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with customer support tools and remote troubleshooting is a plus.
