Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support calls from US customers.
Troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, and related devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
1–2 years of Technical Support experience.
Experience with computers, printers, routers, or similar devices.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in US shifts.
Note: Only experienced Technical Support candidates will be considered. Freshers are not eligible. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
