Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Global SPS is a leading Industrial automation and Solution provider, We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, quotation follow-ups, sales coordination, payment follow-ups, service coordination, and order conversion.

The candidate should be confident in customer communication and capable of coordinating with internal teams to move active leads and quotations toward confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle current inquiries, active leads, and customer follow-ups
Follow up for quotations, and order conversion
Coordinate with internal teams for customer
Follow up for advances, balance payments, service payments, and overdue payments
Coordinate service requests, installation planning, and customer issue closure
Maintain CRM / Google Sheets / ERP records accurately
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Plan and monitor daily work for self and junior sales coordinator

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma holder





Experience Required:

1 to 5 years in sales coordination, B2B sales support, industrial sales, CRM, or customer coordination.

Preferred Skills:
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, BusyWIN, Tally, or ERP software
Ability to coordinate with customers and internal departments
Focus on order conversion and payment follow-up

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
