Responsibilities: Call prospective students and parents to explain the academy's courses and programs .Answer questions about course fees, schedules, admissions, and facilities.Follow up with interested students to encourage enrollment .Maintain records of calls and update student information in the system. Schedule counselling sessions or appointments for the admissions team .Meet daily or monthly admission and call targets. handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills (English and local language).
Polite and convincing speaking skills.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email.
Ability to work with targets.
Valuable listening and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
10+2 or any bachelor's degree (depending on the academy).
Experience in telecalling , customer service, or sales is preferred but often not mandatory.
Freshers may also be eligible.

This role focuses on speaking with potential students, providing information, and helping increase admissions for the academy . Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
