Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students, explain our HR certification programs, and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Handle inbound enquiries regarding HR certification programs.
Explain course features, curriculum, placement support, and fee structure.
Counsel candidates and guide them in selecting suitable programs.
Follow up with leads until the admission process is completed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
Solid persuasion,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive listening and objection-handling abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM tools).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualifications
Any Graduate (Freshers may apply).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or educational counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
