Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Travel Consultants – Sales & Marketing to join our Mumbai team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for travel, and are driven to achieve sales targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customers.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable Domestic and International holiday packages.
Promote and sell tour packages to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
Stay updated on destinations, travel products, and ongoing offers.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in Travel Sales, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or the Travel Industry will be preferred.
Skill Required
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (additional languages are an advantage).
Good sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Passion for travel and customer service.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
