We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in flight ticketing, hotel bookings, travel itinerary planning, and customer coordination. Prior experience in a travel agency or travel management company is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
Manage hotel reservations based on client requirements.
Prepare travel itineraries and provide travel-related assistance.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors.
Process cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and travel modifications.
Ensure timely confirmations and travel documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
Maintain accurate booking records and client information.

Mandatory Requirements
Previous experience in Travel & Hotel Booking is mandatory.




Hands-on experience with flight reservation systems (GDS preferred – Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple bookings.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of visa assistance and travel insurance.
Valuable negotiation skills with hotels and travel vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
